Our services are available to private vehicle owners, fleet operators, and corporate clients in Zimbabwe.

All repairs are carried out by trained and experienced technicians using professional-grade equipment and materials. We work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, and commercial vehicles.

Quote Requests

You may request a quote for repair services by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or by using the quote request forms on our website. When you submit a quote request, you provide details about your vehicle and the damage or repair required. Our team reviews this information and responds with an assessment.

Quote requests are processed via WhatsApp and are subject to the information you provide. Where possible, we may request photographs or additional details to provide a more accurate assessment. Initial quotes are based on the information available and may be revised after a physical inspection of the vehicle.

Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided by Dentmasters are estimates based on the initial assessment and the information available at the time. The final price for any repair service is confirmed after a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle and may differ from the initial estimate.

Factors that may affect the final price include:

  • Additional damage discovered during the repair process
  • Availability and cost of replacement parts
  • Changes in the scope of work from the initial assessment

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, and other methods as agreed.

Repair Warranty

Dentmasters stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms and conditions will be discussed and confirmed with your individual repair agreement. Warranty coverage applies to the workmanship performed and is subject to the terms outlined in your repair agreement.

Warranty claims relate to defects in workmanship and do not cover damage resulting from new accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications or repairs performed by third parties after the Dentmasters repair.

Towing and Recovery

Dentmasters offers vehicle towing and recovery services. These services are subject to availability, vehicle location, and operational capacity at the time of request. While we strive to provide timely response, towing and recovery times may vary depending on distance, road conditions, and other factors.

All vehicles are handled with care during transport. However, Dentmasters is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control during towing and recovery.

Insurance Repairs

Dentmasters has experience working with insurance companies on accident repair claims. We can coordinate with insurance providers on your behalf to facilitate the repair process. However, Dentmasters acts solely as the repair service provider and is not an insurance company, broker, or claims administrator.

Any insurance claim settlement, coverage decisions, or liability determinations are made between you and your insurance provider. Dentmasters does not guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim and is not responsible for delays or disputes arising from the insurance claims process.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Dentmasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a repair service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific repair.

These limitations of liability do not apply to any statutory rights you may have under Zimbabwean consumer protection law.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Changes to Terms
